Was pretty excited to get this shot last month since the time before that when I saw it half the mural was covered in shadow. Urban Paradise by Gregg Valley, 2006. Located in Uptown.
I like cities and I like art. Public art is kind of the perfect combination of the two.
These pictures were taken by me in December and early this month. There are a few I have yet to post… and then I’ll occasionally add to the set (or create a new one) when I go on another trip.
This mural in East Liberty is right across from the semi-new (and huge) Target which is so big and fancy it has a set of escalators just for shopping carts!
Ketchupsaurus at the PPG Plaza downtown this past July. (It isn’t there right now since the ice skating rink is set up.) I am kind of on a quest to find and take pictures of as many of the Dinomite Days dinosaurs as I can… only have five six so far.
